B) DATA PROCESSOR
DDW srl is the designated data processor in accordance with Section 29 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, as it is tasked with the technical maintenance of this website.
C) PLACE WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED
The processing operations related to the web-based services that are made available via this website are carried out at the aforementioned office of Design Diffusion World Srl exclusively by technical staff in charge of said processing. If necessary, the data related to the newsletter service may be processed by the company tasked with the technical maintenance of this website, Paolo Russo (data processor in accordance with Section 29 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) at the registered office of the same company.
D) CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA
In order to provide the personalized services of its website, Design Diffusion World Srl, as the data collector, has to process some identifying data that are necessary to provide these services.

1. Purposes related to and in support of submitted requests
This category includes all operations related to the provision of the specific service or activity that has been freely requested through filling in a form, sending an e-mail or making a phone call. When filling in a form, all data provided in the fields marked with an * (asterisk) and any answers provided to questions marked with an * (asterisk) are required in order to carry out the request. Should this data not be provided, it will not be possible to fulfill the request.
This category includes all operations carried out in order to advertise products and/or services that are associated with or related to the product categories of the website and/or Design Diffusion World Srl and/or companies related to it . Advertising services can also be tailored to third-party individuals or companies, in this case without disclosing data. Any personal data collected with the consent of the data subject may be disclosed to third-party companies for these same purposes, and said third-party companies shall act as independent controllers thereof (in this regard, please see paragraph e) “Categories of potential recipients of data”).

G) OPTIONAL DATA PROVISION
Subject to the specifications made with regard to browsing data, users are free to provide the personal data either to be entered in the application forms submitted to Design Diffusion World Srl or referred to in contacting Design Diffusion World Srl to request delivery of newsletter, information materials and other communications.
Failure to provide such data may entail the failure to be provided with the items requested.
For completeness’ sake, it should be pointed out that in some cases – which are not the subject of the standard management of this website – the Authority may request information pursuant to Section 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 to supervise the processing of personal data. In these cases it is mandatory to comply under penalty of administrative penalties.

Personal data is processed with automated means for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it has been collected.
Specific security measures are implemented to prevent the data from being lost, used unlawfully and/or inappropriately, and accessed without authorization.
I) DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
Data subjects are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them and be informed of their contents and origin, verify their accuracy, or else request that such data be supplemented, updated or rectified (Section 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
Should the data subject withdraw his/her previously-granted consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of marketing, profiling or disclosure to third-party entities, then the processing of said data shall be discontinued accordingly.
Should a data subject wish to withdraw previously-granted consent to receiving advertising e-mails, it will be enough to click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the e-mail in order to stop receiving notices via other channels as well (SMS, MMS, mail, fax, phone calls).
