CasAmpère, the show flat of the NovAmpère complex in Milan, has been auctioned off at a charity auction, with a surplus of €90,000 on the auction basis, of €900,000. The surplus of 90,000 euros will be donated in equal parts to the four associations B.Live, FAI – Fondo Ambiente Italiano, Dynamo Camp and Fondazione Corti, associations active in providing assistance to suffering people and in the preservation of the landscape and the cultural heritage.
NovAmpère is a residential real estate development in Ampère street, Milan, occupying an area of about 10 thousand square meters, of which 4,000 are private parks. The project, by Studio Beretta, is a collaboration between three Lombardy companies operating for years in the construction sector: GESTIMM, Impresa Rusconi and Mangiavacchi Pedercini.
The NovAmpère project, a smart building, consists of 101 apartments of different sizes. The technologies applied for the construction include home automation to manage household functions, and materials and solutions of green architecture. The heating and cooling system is based on geothermal energy, and the water is reused to irrigate the garden; photovoltaic panels provide energy, and the facades use a special “smog-eating” concreting.
CasAmpère, the show flat for potential customers visits, which was auctioned off in November, has been fully furnished with a project by the Milano Contract District, the platform for Real Estate with a focus on design. Thanks to its partners, excellence in Italian design, CasAmpère is a fully furnished apartment well functioning from the very beginning of the construction site. The “experience” therefore acquires an important role in the sale of a property, allowing potential buyers to fully experience the atmosphere of the house.
