Water, wine and excellent food are all part of a design inspired by the “Shape of Water”, where marble is the protagonist. It’ s the “Ristorante d’Autore” (Designer Restaurant), located in Hall 1 at Marmomac, inspired by the water and its flowing movement, which constantly smoothes stone and rock.
Designed by Michela Baldessari, Paolo Criveller, Luca Facchini, Valerio Facchin, Silvia Sandini, Carlo Trevisani, Stone Pool | The Shape of Water features 12 tables in marble and stone, symbolizing the shape of water interpreted by 12 different designers. The layout of the lounge also includes chairs by Magis and lamps by Zava, brands representing Italian design.
The food is prepared by 4 Italian renowned chefs, each presenting his own menu; on Wednesday 26, Marco Pernati from the Manuelina restaurant in Recco (Genoa) makes his debut; on Thursday 27, it’s the turn of Giancarlo Perbellini from Casa Perbellini in Verona; on Friday 28, it’s time for Enrico Bartolini from the Glam restaurant in Venice; and on Saturday 29, Matteo Grandi from the Degusto restaurant in San Bonifacio (Verona) completes the cycle.
The Ristorante d’Autore (Designer Restaurant) is a project of ADI-Delegation Veneto Trentino-AltoAdige.
